Media Release & Photo/Video Consent

TopTier Sports Training

I grant permission for TopTier Sports Training to photograph and/or record the participant during training sessions, camps, tournaments, leagues, events, or other TopTier activities.

I understand that these photos/videos may be used for:

•Social media content
•Promotional videos
•Marketing materials
•Website content
•Advertisements
•Program promotion
•Future TopTier Sports Training content

I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of such media.

I also understand that I may request removal of media content by contacting TopTier Sports Training directly.

Media consent options will be presented during the booking process. You may opt in or out of photo/video usage at the time of registration.
